快速成型技術自問世以來以其廣泛的應用領域和應用價值發展非常迅速。該技術通過與精密鑄造、機械加工等制造手段相結合,已經成為模型和零件制造的有效方法,在航空、汽車、電子、軍事裝備、建筑模型等領域得到了廣泛應用。
Rapid prototyping technology has developed rapidly with its extensive application fields and application value since its inception. Combined with precision casting, machining and other manufacturing methods, this technology has become an effective method for manufacturing models and parts, and has been widely used in aviation, automobile, electronics, military equipment, building models and other fields.
山東快速成型技術是由三維轉化成二維(離散化),再由二維累積到三維(材料堆積)的工作過程。目前,快速成型比較成熟的工藝方法有選擇性激光燒結(SLS)、光固化立體造型(SLA)、熔融沉積造型(FDM)以及分層實體制造(LOM)。
Shandong rapid prototyping technology is a working process that transforms from 3D to 2D (discretization), and then accumulates from 2D to 3D (material accumulation). At present, the relatively mature process methods of rapid prototyping include selective laser sintering (SLS), light curing solid modeling (SLA), melt deposition modeling (FDM) and layered solid manufacturing (LOM).


選擇性激光燒結技術成型過程與零件的復雜程度無關,是真正的自由成型。SLS幾乎可以成型任意幾何形狀的零件,對中空結構(hollowedareas)、槽中套槽(notcheswithinnotches)及懸臂結構(overhangs)等結構的零件成型特別有效。圖1、圖2即為選擇性激光燒結技術生產的典型零件。
The forming process of selective laser sintering technology has nothing to do with the complexity of the parts, and it is a true free forming. SLS can form parts of almost any geometric shape, and is particularly effective for forming parts of hollow structures (hollowed-areas), sockets with sockets, and cantilever structures. Figure 1 and Figure 2 are typical parts produced by selective laser sintering technology.
選擇性激光燒結通常采用塑料、金屬、陶瓷的粉末作為成型材料。其工藝過程是:先在工作臺上鋪上一層粉末,在計算機控制下用激光束有選擇地進行燒結(零件的空心部分不燒結,仍為粉末材料),被燒結部分則固化在一起構成零件的實心部分。一層完成后再進行下一層,新一層與其上一層牢牢地燒結在一起。全部燒結完成后,去除多余的粉末,便得到燒結成的零件。
Selective laser sintering usually uses plastic, metal and ceramic powders as molding materials. The process is as follows: first lay a layer of powder on the worktable, and selectively sinter with laser beam under computer control (the hollow part of the part is not sintered, but is still powder material), and the sintered part is solidified together to form the solid part of the part. After the completion of one layer, proceed to the next layer, and the new layer and its upper layer are firmly sintered together. After all the sintering is completed, remove the excess powder to get the sintered parts.
